Welcome, I am Donna Adams, Founder of the Empowered Women Network and creator of Harvesting Happiness. This program is a result of seven years of empowering women through EWN. I started this program because I saw a need to help each other through what I'll refer to as "potholes"
   As women we are unique in our manner of thinking (God wired us this way for a reason) and our giving from our hearts. Sharing, caring and supporting each other just seems to naturally flow.  Like-minded folks tend to drift together and it is evident at EWN. These ladies share the ability to understand each others life experience and be empathetic to each other.
   Recently our circumstances in both our personal and professional lives have undergone an unexpected metamorphosis. It feels to many as if they wake up in a parallel reality. Change is a part of life and an accepted reality. Sometimes the change starts circumstances like dominos tumbling. We all know someone who has been "knocked Over" by such situations. Whether the ensuing struggle is personal or business it takes its toll.
   The purpose of Harvesting Happiness is to gather these giving empathetic ladies (I call them "Smiling Hearts") to identify someone (18 years or older) that we (with our limited resources) can offer hope, love, and smiles.
   Selected ladies will enjoy great camaraderie, laughter, and hopefully restored self- confidence and personal empowerment. For example our chosen recipient may enjoy one or more of the following events or services* (partial list):

Business Consultation, Financial or Marketing Advice.
Self improvement and Positive Visualization Coaching
Wardrobe Consultation
Facial, Hair-do or Extensions
Photography Services
Health Services like:
  •Acupuncture
  •Therapeutic Massage
  •Diet and Nutrition Consultation
  •Fitness Consultation
Yoga Classes, Aromatherapy, Relaxation Events.
Bridal Preparation Services and More!

    What Life's potholes" story would you care to share with the best intent to favor a friend or family member in need? Real people, real situations, Nominate someone you care about today! Just the act of nominating changes the energy for this person and you! All information will be kept confidential until a release may be signed by the chosen recipient. There is no guarantee that all nominees will be awarded gifts or services.

Email us (info@empoeredwomen.org) or by clicking on any Heart Basket on this page. Place "Harvesting Happiness" in the subject line and include the following:

•Nominee’s name and age. (Must be 18 or older)
•Your name and phone number.
•Why you nominated this person. (keep to the facts only)We will call to get more details
• Is this a time-sensitive event?
•What would you like to have happen for this person (Hair done, or extensions? Maybe a wig due to “chemo” Make-up, photograph, A day at a spa, or health spa like acupuncture or therapeutic massage. Maybe a romantic evening out, business consult, or if a teacher some kind of appreciation gift or service, etc.)?
•How you found out about Harvesting Happiness.

A revolving team of EWN Members will review all submissions. If you have any questions or would like to award a gift or service (and are an EWN Member in Good standing) please call Donna Adams at 480-969-7144.

   Sharing is not only a gift to the recipient but a gift to the giver AND everyone who witnesses it. We feel that even with the "Potholes" we ourselves may have climbed out of, we are here to be able to offer the opportunity to learn about and help others.
