   EWN networking luncheons are high-energy meetings where each member has the opportunity to share the benefits of their business, distribute marketing materials and have a tabletop display (tabletop display space is subject to availability. Please call Donna Adams at 480-969-7144 for tabletop information). We now have fourw locations to give our members a wider network of business opportunities in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and our newest location in West Valley!
   To manage our expansion in an efficient manner, we are initializing a structured meeting reservation policy. We encourage you to make advance reservations for the upcoming month. This suggestion is a time saver for you as well as an efficient means to manage reservations and cash flow. Meeting facilities require initial reservation numbers one week in advance of our meeting date. To continue to enjoy the hospitality of these facilities we are required to give an accurate reservation accounting. To comply, EWN must require the timely submission of meeting reservations from our members. Reservations can be made with pre-payment or call with your credit card authorization. To make your reservations contact Donna Adams at 480-969-7144 or send email to Patricia at featherwolf@earthlink.net (for reservations only!) Please include your phone number and place in the subject matter of your email "EWN") And email reservation does not guarantee you a seat. Only a paid reservation does so please call Donna so she can help you.
    You are encouraged to economize your marketing dollar by paying in advance (this can save you $7.00 per meeting!) Reservations may be cancelled 24 hours in advance weekdays Monday-Thursday. The EWN office is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you must cancel, credit for prepaid meetings will be applied to a future meeting. By planting seeds, inviting new members is a benefit to you as well as helping them to enlarge their future financial harvest. When your referral joins EWN, you will receive a free meeting!
    We strive to keep meetings on the same day of the month to facilitate your advance planning. At times there are occasions when dates must be changed due to holidays and we endeavour to advise members of this at least two months in advance (Please make sure we have your most current email address on record!).
